Oxford Capital, LLC was founded in 1999, by Luther H. Randall, III, the President of Randall Brothers, Inc.  Randall Brothers is an architectural millwork facility, which was founded by Mr. Randall's great-grandfather in 1885.  As Randall Brothers has been focused on superior products, quality and customer service, so Oxford Capital continues in this tradition.

Oxford Capital continues the excellence with a wealth of knowledge and a customer service oriented staff.  Our staff averages 20+ years in the Mortgage Lending industry, thus providing expert advice and the best service available.
